Reservations
Reservations become valid only after confirmation by email by Bohemiae Rosa and after the amount due has been received by Bohemiae Rosa.

Pick-up date
All reservation are confirmed with a pick-up date: the date that the customer has to collect the food that has been reserved and Bohemiae Rosa Farms has to have the food available for the customer for pick-up. Bohemiae Rosa Farms decides on the pick-up date. This date is typically determined by the maturity of vegetables, fruits and/or live stock.

Live stock
Officially and by law we are not able to slaughter our animals on the farm ourselves before selling them to you. Large animals such as pigs, cows, sheep and goats are therefore slaughtered at an official slaughterhouse. Small animals such as chickens and rabbits we can only sell live to you. We have people that are more than willing to butcher and dress these smaller animals for you free of charge after sale, so please reserve you meat and pay the fee. The meat will be processed and ready for you at pick-up date.

Cancellations
No cancellation fee applies when orders are cancelled more than three months prior to pick-up date.

A 50% cancellation fee applies when cancelled more than two months prior to pick-up date.

A 75% cancellation fee applies when cancelled more than one month prior to pick-up date.

A 100% cancellation fee applies when cancelled less than one month prior to the pick-up date.

Smoking and open fire
Smoking and/or open flame or fire is not allowed in any of the buildings. Smoking and open fire are only allowed outside the buildings at clearly marked locations, in the immediate vicinity of public ashtrays and/or outside grills. Breach of this rule can lead to instant dismissal and termination of the agreement without any claim for refund on fees paid or due.

Pets
Dogs and cats are allowed on the premisis while leashed. Any breach of this rule, damage to people, livestock and/or property, or any inconvenience caused to othe rguests can lead to instant dismissal and termination of the agreement without any claim for refund on fees paid or due.

Livestock
Guests are not permitted to feed or pet any of the farm livestock or animals. Guests are not allowed to enter the pens, living quarters or fields of any of the livestock or animals. It is not permitted to cause livestock or any animals stress of discomfort in any which way.

Machinery
Guests are not permitted to use or touch any of the machinery.

Breach of Rules and liability
Bohemiae Rosa Farms does not accept any liability whatsoever when guests have breached the above rules and regulations.

Bohemiae Rosa Farms reserved the right to cancel or terminate any stay or reservation with immediate effect when its rules and regulations have been breached.

Bohemiae Rosa will not refund any fees paid when it has cancelled or terminated any stay or reservation when this was due to a breach of the above rules and regulations.
